Sometimes we get stuck in the daily routine of going to work and fulfilling a myriad of obligations that we forget that we live in one of the greatest cities in the world. With near-perfect weather, endless sunshine, and the ocean and our doorstep, San Diego really is a great place to live and work.
What exactly makes working in San Diego so great? There are many activities San Diegans participate in throughout the year. From going to the beach to hiking, from surfing and sailing to climbing, there’s always something to do. While these activities are things people usually do in their spare time, why not take advantage of these activities at work? What makes working in San Diego so great is that we have so many activities at our fingertips. And having happy residents can’t hurt either. According to the Huffington Post, San Diego ranked as the 5th happiest city in the country.

There are also sports leagues where coworkers can get together and play anything from softball to soccer.
