SDEA offers a variety of training programs, including professional development classes on topics ranging from interviewing and onboarding to broader communication and leadership training programs.  We offer a 10-week Transforming Leadership Certificate program to prepare new managers for their role.

SDEA offers one of the only HRCI prep programs in San Diego, which produces graduates who are well-prepared to take and pass the PHR®, SPHR®, and PHRca® exams.  Also join us at one of our monthly lunchtime roundtables which feature industry experts presenting on a variety of relevant topics.
