Harassment Prevention Training With Olga

For many companies, the mandatory sexual harassment training is something that reluctantly holds a space on their “to-do” list, a “check-the-box” task if you will.

SDEA does not feel that way.  At SDEA we understand the importance of good harassment training.  We know how to get and keep your employees engaged, tell stories and provide examples that are relatable.  These are the reasons that those going through SDEA’s harassment training classes retain the information that is being provided and understand the importance of the message.

Very recently, our bi-lingual trainer, Olga Sanchez de la Vega, spent the full month of February conducting training for one of our members, a very large waste management company.  Olga conducted 37 classes in one month in both English and Spanish, training close to 1500 employees at 11 locations ranging from East San Diego to North County and up to the Los Angeles area, often starting before 4:00 a.m. Olga’s engaging approach to training allows her to understand exactly what the group needs to effectively deliver the training using relatable stories that motivate the audience to participate.

This is the dedication that the SDEA has in making sure that your employees know that, while the training is mandatory, your company takes it very seriously.
