Don’t Forget to Post OSHA Form 300A Starting February 1st

As a reminder, employers subject to OSHA recordkeeping must post the OSHA Form 300A beginning February 1st and must be located in a common area where notices are typically displayed.  The form must remain up through April 30th.

Form 300A is the summary of all job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred in 2018 and were entered on the OSHA 300 log.  Even if there were no recordable injuries or illnesses in 2018, the form must still be posted with zeros on the total line.

Also required on the Form 300A is information about annual average number of employees and total hours worked.  All summaries must be certified by a company executive. To learn more or if you have questions, email us at info@sdeahr.org.
