Taylor Trim & Supply, Inc. was founded locally 27 years ago with a mission to supply and install carpentry products for new construction residential projects for builders,
developers and general contractors throughout Southern California. One of their most recent projects is Casa Mira View, an apartment complex in San Diego.
Taylor Trim attributes its success to the value they place on their employees, their commitment to customer service, and to their commitment to giving back. The company culture is known for high levels of respect and appreciation among employees, encouraging team members to collaborate and look out for each other like a close-knit team. Because of the nature of the work, collaboration and team work are lived out each day both within the company and as employees work with clients.
Taylor Trim is also known for its commitment to community service. Over the years, Taylor Trim has supported US military troops, volunteered their time at animal shelters, and worked to clean up local beaches.
Taylor Trim employees also provide support to foster youth by donating clothing, shoes and school supplies. The company encourages high school and college-age foster and former foster youth to work as interns at Taylor Trim, providing valuable real-world experience to young people and exposure to a possible career path.
