SDEA offers a PHR/SPHR Certificate Preparation Program which has resulted in a pass rate among graduates of the course that is 40% higher than the national average. Graduates of SDEA’s course in 2016 averaged an 85% pass rate. The national average pass rate is 45% for first-time takers of the PHR exam and 50% for first-time takers of the PHR-CA exam. The program is being offered for the first time in 2017 starting on Thursday, February 23 and running through May 11, 2017.
The PHR/SPHR Certificate Preparation Program prepares human resources professionals for the HRCI exam, a test offered by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Professionals who hold credentials from the HRCI Institute represent a wide array of industries and their level of HR expertise ranges from Specialist to Vice President and above. The HRCI Certification is held by more than 500,000 professionals across the world and is considered a significant professional distinction for people in the human resources field.
