aPHR Certification Preparation Program
The aPHR Certification Preparation program is designed to assist professionals that are just beginning their HR journey and want to prepare for the HRCI exam to achieve the designation of aPHR. To be eligible for the aPHR exam, you must have a high school diploma or global equivalent. No HR experience is required since this is a knowledge-based credential.
Participants will learn and study about key Body of Knowledge areas in order to prepare for sitting for the exam. Topics include: HR Operations; Employee Relations; Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits; Human Resource Development and Retention; and Health, Safety and Security.
The aPHR Certification Preparation program is a 9-week course designed to assist participants in their preparation for the aPHR exam. The aPHR is a new designation under the HRCI certifications and is an excellent opportunity to prepare individuals on their career path within HR.
The course takes place on Wednesdays from February 7th through April 4th, 2018 from 9 am until 12 pm at SDEA.
